Hi Guys!!!! How r u???? I hope u will be fine....... Today I want to tel u the biography of a person who does not require any kind of introduction and that is Two academy and Grammy award winner and mastro of music "Mr.A.R. Rahman."
A. R. Rahman was born in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India to a musically affluent Mudaliar Tamil family. His father R. K. Shekhar, was a Chennai based composer and conductor for Malayalam films. Rahman lost his father at a young age and his family rented out musical equipment as a source of income. He was raised by his mother Kareema (Kashturi). He was introduced to Sufism when his younger sister fell severely sick and as per the advise of a family friend, the family would pray at a mosque and vow conversion to Islam if she got well. The prayers were answered and accordingly, he along with other members of his family then converted to Islam in the year 1989 at the age of 23 and changed his name to Rahman. During these formative years, Rahman served as a keyboard player and an arranger in bands such as "Roots", with childhood friend and percussionist Sivamani, John Anthony, Suresh Peters, JoJo and Raja. Rahman is the founder of the Chennai-based rock group, "Nemesis Avenue". He played the keyboard and piano, the synthesizer, the harmonium and the guitar. His curiosity in the synthesizer, in particular increased because, he says, it was the “ideal combination of music and technology". He began early training in music under Master Dhanraj. At the age of 11, he joined, as a keyboardist, the troupe of Ilaiyaraaja, one of many composers to whom musical instruments belonging to Rahman's father were rented. Rahman later played in the orchestra of M. S. Viswanathan Ramesh Naidu and Raj Koti, accompanied Zakir Hussain, Kunnakudi Vaidyanathan and L. Shankar on world tours and obtained a scholarship to the Trinity College of Music where he graduated with a degree in Western classical music. He is married to Saira Banu and has three children, Khadijah, Rahima, and Aameen. Rahman is the uncle of composer G. V. Prakash Kumar, who is the son of Rahman's elder sister, A. R. Reihana. He had become an atheist as a result of childhood struggles, he eventually converted to Islam in 1989, the religion of his mother's family. He is very devoted to his mother. During the Oscar Award, he paid her a tribute saying: "There is a Hindi dialogue 'mere pass ma hai' which means even if I have got nothing I have my mother here."

Hi friends!!!!
After a long gap, almost 2 months back, i wrote on "Tigar Conservation". This time I choose the subject which is close to me and that is Finance.
Finance which means where the money matters. It includes everything which is related with funds or money. In each and every sector whether it is manufacturing, agricultural and service sector, there are so many finance professionals who are engaged in managing the funds either it is public or personal. As we all are aware about managing the fund is cumbersome job but it requires professional knowledge and because of that Course like Chartered Accountancy, MBA in finance, Company secretaryship, ICWA emerged with immence value. These courses render quality education in finance.
As the economy grows, the demand for the finance professionals also grows. There is direct relationship with these two factors. Most of the candidates who has done an Engineering, are willing to do the Post Graduation in finance. It is not because they are passionate about this field but for the booming demand for the finance professionals. The companies are ready to give the hefty packages to the candidates to manage their finance department.
New development in finance field is not new. Each and every moment bringing some new concept in the market.such as few years the banking sector is not connected so the customers has to suffer a lot. but due to the technological innovation new software has been developed to bring the conveniency to the customers. This means the employees of the banking sector forced to opt the knowledge. If anyone interest in the finance sector, then he should be mobile as far as the mind is concern. Due to the fast growth and challenging nature of the job, it is necessary for each and every individual to get the knowledge of the finane field although he is not from that background. And it is the necessity of the time.
BYE and will meet u again with some new topic

Hello Friends,
Its quite difficult to get the time for blogging but today I've time to post something new.
A day before, an advertisement has been telecasting on TV on "Save Tiger",a cub waiting for his mother but actually he dont know that his mother shot dead in the Forest. As we all are aware about that only 1411 tigers are existing in India. But the question arise that why only tiger n not other animals?????
At the young age, we all heard that tiger is the king of the forest. if the king secure then the other animals also wil be secure.
Not only is tiger a beautiful animal but it is also the indicator of the forest's health. Saving the tiger means we save the forest since tiger cannot live in places where trees have vanished and in turn secure food and water for all.

If we make sure tigers live, we have to make sure that deer, antelope and all other animals that the tiger eats (its prey base) live. To make sure that these herbivores live, we must make sure that all the trees, grass and other plants that these prey animals need for food are protected. In this way, the whole forest gets saved! Saving the tiger means saving its entire forest kingdom with all the other animals in it.

Also forests catch and help store rainwater and protect soils. In this way we protect our rivers and recharge groundwater sources. Areas with less trees lead to floods, killing people and destroying homes. It takes away the precious soil, leaving behind a wasteland. The soil jams up our lakes and dams, reducing their ability to store water. By destroying the tiger's home, we not only harm tigers, but also ourselves.

The tiger thus becomes the symbol for the protection of all species on our earth since it is at the top of the foodchain. This is why we sometimes call the tiger, an apex predator, an indicator of our ecosystem's health.
